The chairs of the 2014 Walsh Exchange Conference, Sarah Pemberton (SFS ’15) and Chloe Krawczyk (SFS ’15), invite all Georgetown students with an interest in international relations research to apply for the 2014 Steering Committee. As the Walsh Exchange is only in its third year, you have the opportunity become part of an organization from its founding years and make a large impact in shaping its future as a platform for intellectual exchange among undergraduates. This is an excellent opportunity to hone your skills in professional networking and event coordination, as you gain exposure to the world of academic research and thesis publication.
More information about the available positions is available in the application, as well as on our website and Facebook and Twitter pages. All current freshmen, sophomores, and juniors of any school within Georgetown are welcome to apply. Prospective applicants should feel free to reach out to any member of the 2013 Steering Committee for more information about their roles.
The application is available for download online (DOCX | PDF) and the submission deadline is Saturday, May 4, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. Please send the completed application along with a one-page résumé and the name/contact information of at least one professional reference to firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com. Email us if you have any questions!
Best of luck,
Sarah & Chloe
